This past year and a half has definitely challenged my health. Trying to eat healthy and exercise now and then did nothing to keep me from gaining over 45 pounds. I had never been this heavy in my life. Regardless, I was learning to be comfortable in my own skin. Yet, I still longed to be healthy for myself and for my family.
What do you do though when you are on a medicine that causes weight gain? What do you do when your body is racked with stress hormones that cause weight gain, and its not a type of stress you can just get rid of?
